8:30 am – 2:30 pm

Meal Pick-ups

Nutritionally-balanced meals are provided by the Cumberland County Office of Aging (CCOA) and are served each day at 11:30 am. A $3 donation to CCOA is optional unless you are between the ages of 50-59, then the lunch fee is $5. Donations help defray meal costs and allow more meals to be served. 24-hour notice is required to reserve a meal.

We offer meal pick-ups to members at the following times:

11:30 – 11:45 am*
Mechanicsburg Place Parking Lot

*If you arrive after 11:45 am, please come into Mechanicsburg Place to pick up your meal.

Members must order their meal by 10:00 am one day in advance. For Monday meal pick-ups, you must call by 10:00 am the Friday prior to that Monday.

What does it cost to join Mechanicsburg Place?

You can choose to pay a supporting membership fee of $25 per year, which provides vital support for the ongoing operation of the center. However, anyone 60+ may participate in center activities without cost, except where fees are specifically noted.

Do I have to live in Mechanicsburg to join Mechanicsburg Place?

No.

I am unable to drive. Is there transportation available to Mechanicsburg Place?

If you are unable to drive or do not wish to, free buses are available to and from Mechanicsburg Place through rabbittransit.
