One Team Values
ONE TEAM EVENTS
We host several One Team celebrations throughout the year for the entire organization to celebrate together such as a Food Trucks event, an Ice Cream truck event, and a Super bowl Tailgate Party.

Maintaining work-life balance is a priority at Messiah Lifeways. While many team members are passionate about the organization’s mission and vision both inside and outside of work, we understand that work is just one part of life. And, in order to bring your best self to work, team members need the space and opportunities to pursue their passions and interests outside of work.
By offering flexible schedules for many positions, generous PTO, and working alongside compassionate colleagues who value family and life outside of work, we encourage team members to find their work-life balance.
At Messiah Lifeways, we invest in the internal growth and professional development of team members. Rising Leaders Academy is an on-campus program that helps dedicated team members at all levels realize their strengths and build competence in leadership, while gaining a greater understanding of the senior living industry and embracing the values and culture of Messiah Lifeways.
Encouragement Crew
The Encouragement Crew is composed of Messiah Lifeways team members who are inspired to provide morale boosts to team members through small gestures, such as notes of appreciation, or surprise treats, that celebrate the positive impact team members make in the lives of residents, clients, and their families—living out our mission, vision, and One Team Values.
We thanked our Welcome Center team members for their welcoming spirit when meeting with prospective residents, and helping new residents make Messiah Lifeways home!
To help the Grounds team stay cool during the summer heat and to thank them for their dedicated work in keeping campus beautiful, cold water, hydration packs, popsicles, trail mix, and coupons for drinks at Café 100 were dropped off.
The Encouragement Crew stopped by the Messiah Lifeways At Home office to drop off some well-deserved notes of appreciation and gifts for all At Home caregivers and office staff.
