Molly PavlovichJarrod Leo will join the Messiah Lifeways Executive Team as the next Chief Financial Officer. Leo comes with significant experience in the senior living industry. His first day will be Monday, March 27, and he will be overseeing the fiscal and information services teams.
Leo is a highly-experienced finance executive and management consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the post-acute care industry. Most recently, he served as SVP and CFO for one of the 20 largest multi-site, non-profit senior housing providers in the country. Leo also comes to us with significant consulting experience, assisting clients across the country with financial analysis and projections for expansion projects, affiliations, and acquisitions. He has facilitated strategic planning exercises and conducted operational assessments for a variety of senior living providers.
Leo’s education includes a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University, and he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania. He lives in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Tonya, and two daughters, Julia and Emma.
