“After a thorough executive search process and unanimous vote, we are confident that Mr. Brummer’s commitment, vision, and expertise make him the best person suited to lead Messiah Lifeways into the future,” stated Gwendolyn Lee, chairperson of the Board of Directors. “Over the past seven years, Mr. Brummer has been instrumental in helping Messiah Lifeways develop its strategic priorities, encouraging a culture of collaboration, and has demonstrated a deep commitment to the organization. His ability to develop authentic relationships with team members and residents as well as to build unique partnerships with external stakeholders is a strong asset that will carry him well into this new role.”
“We also extend our appreciation to outgoing president, Curt Stutzman, who will stay with the organization through the end of September to complete outstanding projects and help make the transition as smooth as possible,” continued Ms. Lee. “He has done a wonderful job over the past eight years bringing stability and positioning us for success. We wish him all the best in his retirement.”
