Molly PavlovichMECHANICSBURG, Pa — Kevin Cysyk will join the Messiah Lifeways® Executive Team as the next Chief Experience Officer (CXO). Cysyk comes with significant experience in the senior living industry. His first day will be Monday, March 3. As CXO he will work to advance the mission and marketability of Messiah Lifeways by leading the development, implementation, and coordination of major strategic projects and initiatives.
Cysyk is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in senior living operations management. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Development, Acquisition, and Capital Expenditure for a multi-site senior housing provider in the tri-state area. He has successfully overseen the development of new retirement communities, acquisitions, and capital expenditures, as well as provided oversight of daily operations and departmental functions for multiple senior living facilities throughout his career. Cysyk also comes to Messiah Lifeways with experience leading the design and implementation of business strategies and procedures to increase efficiency.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University.
