Bring your friends to train in groups of two – six people for six weeks, twice a week, for a discounted group rate of $250 (12 sessions total). Group Training sessions are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 – 9:30 am or 1:00 – 1:30 pm.
Group Personal Training involves a personal trainer guiding a group of members towards their fitness goals. We’ll establish proper movements and a base level of conditioning to ensure you avoid injury and make progress at your own pace. The idea behind group personal training is exercise that is done in a way that is fun, challenging, and personally rewarding. In a group personal training setting, clients are often doing different things at their own customized level of fitness or ability.
Variety. The workouts change and evolve as the group progresses.
Motivation. Having someone exercising right beside you often encourages you to keep going and push harder.
Support. Both the trainer and the other participants are there to help you to get through the challenges in front of you. You’re all on the same team!
