Pricing
There are two pricing options for Bailey Street apartments—an Entrance Fee and an Asset Preservation Plan. Monthly fees for both plans cover expenses while still allowing access to the continuum of care.
Entrance FeeÂ
Standard Entrance fees range from $52,100 – $156,000. Other refundable entrance fee plans are also available. Monthly fees with the pricing option will range from $878 – $1,866 a month depending on the floor plan that is chosen. Floor plans range from a studio to an option with two bedrooms. Refund plans are also available with higher entrance fee pricing. Fill out the form at the bottom of the page for further details.
Asset Preservation Plan
This plan is great for those who can pay a higher monthly fee but can’t cover the upfront cost of an entrance fee. Monthly fees range from $2,496 – $4,472 and cover expenses while allowing access to the continuum of care on the Messiah Village campus.

Personal Care
Many caregivers struggle with allowing someone else to take care of their aging parent or loved one, but it can often be the best solution to ensure that your loved one gets the care and assistance they need, from the comfort of a private living space. Personal care services help take care of daily tasks for people who may need assistance in doing so.
Nursing Care
We offer short-term nursing and rehabilitative services, extended care for ongoing health concerns, memory, and end-of-life care. All residents are treated with dignity and the utmost respect. You can rest assured that Messiah Village Nursing Care helps each resident lead a purposeful, meaningful life.
Memory Care
Caring for a loved one can be challenging, especially if they have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia. For many years, Messiah Lifeways has been providing a variety of options and services to help caregivers and their loved ones suffering from cognitive impairment and memory loss. We offer a number of specialized memory care programs in Mechanicsburg, PA, to provide the assistance your loved one needs, ranging from Nursing Care to Adult Day services, along with in-house physicians, and access to psychological and behavioral health services.

If you would like to apply for an apartment, print out and submit the application. You can submit your application via fax, email, mail or drop off to the Residential Living Welcome Center in person. There is no fee for submitting an application.
