From one-on-one coaching sessions with our Retirement Coach to help you meet your goals, to group fitness classes and engaging activities such as community outings and bus trips, Messiah Lifeways offers plenty of opportunities to stay active and maintain good health during your retirement.
Membership includes access to the Aquatics Center, Fitness Center, Personal Training, and individual training and group classes.
